Swing for Seth is more than a golf event—it’s a living expression of the Legacy of Connection Foundation’s mission. On May 19, supporters, colleagues, and friends will come together for a day built around connection, community, and impact. Created to honor Seth’s legacy of bringing people together with purpose, Swing for Seth transforms a shared experience into direct support for supporting Seth and individuals and families facing life‑threatening or terminal illness. Every swing, conversation, and contribution helps turn human connection into tangible financial relief—because no one should face these challenges alone.
Are tickets or registrations refundable?
All registrations, sponsorships, and donations are non‑refundable. Legacy of Connection Foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization, and all proceeds directly support our mission to reduce the healthcare cost burden for individuals and families facing life‑threatening and terminal illness.
If you are unable to attend, your registration will be treated as a donation and will continue to support families in need.
What happens if it rains or weather conditions change?
The event will take place rain or shine.
We are committed to delivering a meaningful experience regardless of weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, adjustments to the schedule or activities may be made to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, while still honoring the purpose and spirit of the day.
What if severe weather prevents golf play?
If weather conditions prevent play on the course, we will pivot to alternative programming that may include networking, meals, entertainment, and other experiences. No refunds will be issued due to weather‑related changes.
Why is there a no‑refund policy?
As a nonprofit organization, event planning costs are incurred in advance, and proceeds from this event are essential to funding direct support for individuals and families when it matters most. Your participation—whether or not you attend—helps carry this mission forward.
Is my registration or donation tax‑deductible?
Legacy of Connection Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Contributions are tax‑deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donation receipts will be provided.
Does my employer offer donation matching?
Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double or even triple your donation. We encourage you to check with your employer or HR portal to see if your contribution is eligible for a match.
