Legacy of Connection Foundation is a charitable nonprofit organization created to transform human connection into meaningful financial support for individuals and families facing life‑threatening and terminal illnesses.
The Foundation was inspired by Seth Painter, a natural connector whose life exemplified compassion, generosity, and the belief that showing up for others—especially in difficult moments—can change lives. Even while facing ALS, Seth continued to bring people together, open doors, and lead with empathy. His example revealed both the power of community and the overwhelming realities families face when illness strikes.

Legacy of Connection Foundation was established to honor a remarkable colleague whose life embodied authentic human connection by providing critical charitable assistance to individuals and families burdened by medical expenses related to life‑threatening or terminal illnesses, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare communities.
Our purpose is simple but urgent: no one should face these challenges alone.
Our Mission
Our mission is to carry forward a legacy of connection by delivering direct financial support and supportive programs to individuals and families experiencing medical and financial hardship.
We fulfill this mission by:
